Delete your boboQ account
You can do this from the app as well — Profile, then Delete My Account. This page is here so you can do it without installing anything.
What this deletes
- Your name and photo, and the link between your account and your phone number.
- Your login. The number stops being yours and signing in with it afterwards starts a new, empty account.
- Your name and number on any queue tickets you opened from a stall's QR code.
- Any notification handles for your phone, so nothing can reach it again.
What stays, and why
Past orders and their payment records remain, belonging to an anonymous customer with no name or number attached. We are required to keep the financial record of a sale; we are not required to keep you attached to it, and we don't.
This cannot be undone, and it happens immediately. There is no grace period.

Your account has been deleted. Your name and number are gone and your login no longer works. Nothing further is needed from you.
